After passing his Private Pilot’s Licence (PPL) at Multiflight, Mark Frankland says he would have no hesitation in recommending the Leeds Flight Training Centre and its team.
Mark, owner and director of Leeds garage Motor Marque, started his PPL at Multiflight in June 2010 and passed in December 2010. It was the fulfillment of an ambition he had held for many years: he first started learning to fly over a decade ago with the aim of becoming a commercial pilot but then decided to concentrate on his garage business.

Former golf professional Richard Wheatley has never looked back since giving up his golf to pursue a flying career with flight training at the Multiflight Flight Training Centre at Leeds Bradford International Airport.
“I am just about to do my first solo cross country flight and starting to plan towards my Private Pilot's Licence (PPL) flight test and am then planning to do my ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) ground school through Multiflight, as well as the CPL (Commercial Pilot’s Licence), IR (Instrument Rating) and MCC (Multi Crew Co-operation) courses,” says Richard.

Exciting outings to the airport as a child left Multiflight Flight Training Centre student Sarah Callaghan mesmerised and led her to dream of a career in aviation. “I was fortunate enough to begin flying lessons just after my 16th birthday and became one of the youngest females to qualify with a Private Pilot’s Licence,” says Sarah.

After his first visit to watch aircraft with his parents at the age of four, Multiflight Flight Training Centre student Andrew Binns knew that he wanted to fly airliners.
