Henley Royal Regatta

Helicopter charters to Henley Royal Regatta.

The Henley Royal Regatta was first staged in 1839 and has been held each year since, except during the two World Wars. Competitive amateur rowing is the Regatta’s main purpose and it has grown over the years from an event that took place on a single afternoon to an event lasting five days.

H.R.H. Prince Albert became the Regatta’s first Royal Patron in 1851 and since the death of The Prince Consort, the reigning Monarch has always consented to be the Regatta’s Patron: hence its name Henley Royal Regatta.
